Which cloud platforms do you work with?
We support AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, including environments that span more than one provider.
How do you work with our internal team?
We collaborate with your finance and engineering teams to agree priorities, responsibilities and changes. The consultation establishes the delivery scope and how we will work together.
What access will you need?
We discuss your access policies during the consultation. Billing visibility and any permissions needed for agreed implementation are arranged securely after agreement. Never send passwords or credentials through the website.
How is the engagement structured?
Cloud Capital Optimization is an annual engagement with a one-time implementation fee for the initial work. Ongoing optimization and financial governance continue throughout the year. Payment arrangements are discussed during the consultation.
What happens when we renew?
Renewals are annual. From year two, the engagement covers the ongoing retainer without the initial implementation fee.
